DEATH

It is like a double-edged knife,

That can cut a loaf into sizes of five,

A bad wife in times of strife,

A apple that all must someday sample,

A must for all at no cost,

Sometimes disgust when a dear one is lost,

Even the worst is yet to burst,

Cos’ you’re in a cloud of dust,

Thus, be just to pay the high-cost,

He can be terrific if you’re a trick,

More catastrophic when you’re at life’s peak,

The authentic are even made weak,

Even the weak become sicker at the point of her kick,

He can tear like a bear,

Or even come near like a tamed-deer,

Beware and take care he might just be near,

Fear brings him near, so cast away your cares,

For he might be dear if your ways are clear.
